This is a map that I have compiled of my
analogue years for the winter... The winter's used are 2006-2007,
1993-1994, 1969-1970, 1966-1967...
This would indicate a colder than normal winter for the region, but with precipitation near normal with snowfall above normal... I'm not sure if this is going to pan out, but this is the best I can do based on history.
