Today's Labor Day forecast: I expect temperatures to warm into the
middle 80's under partly cloudy skies.. The remnant tropical low has
weakened enough to allow only scattered cloud cover around its center.
With a still moist air mass, and enough sunshine, weak to moderate
instability will develop across the region. This will allow for the
development of scattered showers and thunderstorms by later in the
afternoon, especially in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio... This
shower and thunderstorm chance will exist through tomorrow. Other than
